基于单片机的无人值守变电站防漏水告警系统 被引量:1

摘要 为解决无人值守变电站给水系统渗漏水问题,提出一种基于AT89S51单片机的无人值守变电站防漏水告警系统。首先结合无人值守变电站用水特点,提出了正常用水工作模式和防漏水工作模式。然后利用水流量传感器检测给水管道的水流量及连续出水时长,并通过控制电磁阀驱动电路实现管道的开闭。当给水管道发生渗漏水时,在检测到水流量或连续出水时长达到阈值后,系统会关闭给水通道并发出就地声光告警信息,同时驱动短信告警控制器发送告警短信,提示工作人员变电站给水系统漏水。将设计系统用于某无人值守变电站给水系统进行测试,测试结果表明,本系统能够有效防止变电站给水系统渗漏水发生,减少水资源浪费,避免因漏水带来的设备安全隐患。 In order to solve the problem of water leakage in the water supply system of unattended substation,an anti-leakage warning system for unattended substation based on AT89S51 single-chip microcomputer is proposed.Firstly,based on the characteristics of unattended substation water usage,the normal mode and the leakage prevention mode are proposed.Then,the water flow sensor is used to detect the water flow rate of the supply pipe.While taking continuous water discharge time into consideration,the control command for turn on or off the pipe valve is realized.When the water flow rate or continuous water discharge time reaches the threshold,a leakage will be determined thus the system will close the water supply channel and send out the local visual and vocal alarming.Meanwhile,the SMS alarm controller is driven to send an alarm message,prompting the personnel to inspect for leakage in the substation water supply system.The test results show that the system can effectively prevent harmful effect of leakage in the substation water supply system while reducing water waste and avoid equipment safety hazards caused.
