摘要
介绍110 kV母线CVT电压异常故障,通过分析CVT电气试验数据、绝缘油耐压、微水及色谱试验数据判断CVT内部存在电弧放电现象。通过解体检查,电容器单元有游离碳存在,中压电容元件有烧蚀碳化痕迹,中间变压器一次绕组存在电弧、过热痕迹,验证了试验数据分析的正确性。
In this paper,a fault of CVT voltage abnormality on a 110 kV busbar is introduced.By analyzing the electrical test data of CVT,the withstand voltage of insulating oil,the micro water and the chromatographic test data,it is concluded that the arc discharge exists in the CVT.By disintegration inspection,the capacitor unit is contaminated by free carbon.The medium voltage capacitors have ablation carbonization traces.It is also found that the primary transformer has arc and overheat traces in the primary winding,which verifies the correctness of the test data analysis.
