摘要
全面推进输电线路机械化施工是一项系统工程,结合国家电网有限公司“深化基建队伍改革、强化施工安全管理”12项配套政策,以新方法、新思维模式推动基建线路机械化施工队伍的改革发展,线路工程建设机械化施工全覆盖新模式的实现。规划设计需要为机械化施工创造更多更好的条件,在技术创新和装备管理方面,施工方也要调整适应机械化作业要求。管理和控制好全过程机械化施工方式,包括机械工器具配置、满足机械进场道路等,通过流水式作业,前后平行搭接施工,高效完成输电线路工程建设。架空输电线路机械化水平是现代化电力建设的重要标志,实施机械化施工能够带来电力线路工程施工效率、安全、质量等多方共赢。
It is a systematic project to promote the mechanized construction of transmission line in an all-round way.Complying with the 12 supporting policies of the State Grid Corporation"Deepening the reform of the capital construction team and strengthening the safety management of construction",the reform and development of the mechanized construction team of the capital construction line are promoted with new methods and new ideas which realizes fully mechanized construction of the line construction.From realization planning and design point of view,creating more and better conditions for mechanized construction should be guaranteed.In the construction process,contractors are constantly adapt to the requirements of mechanized operation from the technical and equipment aspects.Project team should manage and control the whole process of mechanized construction,including the allocation of mechanical tools,meeting the requirements of mechanical access roads,etc.Through line production and the front and back parallet overiap construction,the project can be completed efficiently.The level of mechanization of overhead transmission line is an important symbol of modern power construction.The implementation of mechanization construction can bring win-win results in efficiency,safety and quality of power line construction.
