330 MW燃煤锅炉污泥掺烧结构参数优化分析

摘要 针对目前燃煤锅炉污泥掺烧设备运行中故障较多且不能达到设计出力问题,从运行设备配合、后期辅助设备添加等方面制定具体实施措施并对实施后效果进行对比分析。通过分析发现,增加高温烟气除尘设施、输送风量,适当调整出口烟温、料温,均可达到提高掺烧设备出力和稳定性的目的。 Aiming at the problems of many faults in the operation of the sludge mixed buring equipment of the coal-fired boiler and the failure to reach the designed output,specific implementation measures are formulated from the aspects of operation equipment coordination and the addition of auxiliary equipment in the later stage,and the effect after implementation is compared and analyzed.It is found that the output and stability of the mixed burning equipment can be improved by adding the high temperature flue gas dust removal facilities and conveying air volume,and adjusting the outlet smoke temperature and material temperature appropriately.
