摘要
候车舒适度是衡量常规公交服务质量的重要指标之一。北方寒区冰雪期公交车内外温差较大,乘客的候车舒适度会随着候车时间、室外温度及其他因素的影响而变化。采用问卷调查确定乘客候车舒适度及其影响因素,从乘客感知的视角,结合重要因素排序、5级李克特量表与乘客满意度,通过排序分析乘客满意度,得到不同温度下、不同属性乘客对候车舒适度评价的差异,以及常规公交候车舒适度影响因素及相应的权值。
Waiting comfort is one of the important indicators to measure the quality of regular bus services.In the northern cold region,the temperature is very difference between the inside and outside of the bus,and the passenger’s waiting comfort will change with the waiting time,outdoor temperature and other factors.From the passengers’aspect,the important factors ranking,five-stage Likert table and passengers’satisfaction are taken into consideration of the questionnaire survey to investigate.Through ranking analysis of passenger satisfaction get the difference of passenger comfort evaluation at different temperatures and different attributes,as well as the influencing factors of conventional bus waiting comfort and the corresponding weights.
