摘要
温州市在2015年底开通BRT一号线,随后提升13条普通线路为BRT支线,形成“一主十三支”的BRT网络系统。在交通运行本已拥挤的城市中心区,BRT一号线因专用道路资源、线网系统性不强,遭受不少市民质疑。随后各相关单位全力配合,对组织、管理、运营进行不断优化,BRT客流量大幅增加,满意度明显提升,效益逐步得到体现。本文介绍首期快速公交系统;分析BRT一号线通道中客观存在的交通矛盾;提出有效的交通组织改善措施,从经济效益和社会效益的角度评价BRT运营成效;并立足于轨道建设情况和“大拆大整、大建大美”的城市发展背景,认为近期发展快速公交BRT是建设城市骨干公交、提升公交竞争力、突破公交分担率瓶颈的难得契机。
The first line of BRT was operated at the end of 2015 in WenZhou,soon thirteen general bus lines were changed to branch lines of BRT,then it formed the BRT network system“one main line and thirteen branch lines”.In the centre of the city,the traffic was heavy and slow,BRT1 was challenged for the bus lane and weak system.Subsequently,all relevant units cooperated to optimize the organization,management and operation,traffic passenger flow of BRT1 increased significantly,passenger’s satisfaction upgraded,benefits was gradually reflected.This paper introduces the first period of bus rapid transit system firstly;analyses objective traffic contradictions for BRT1;proposes effective improvements of traffic organization,evaluate economic efficiency and social benefits;Base on the construction of railway,the background of“demolition and renovation,construct and beautify”,we think it is a rare opportunity to construct the backbone of public transport,enhance its competitiveness,break the bottleneck of public transit split rate.
