摘要
本文通过中国高校、美国高校工业工程本科学分学时量对比分析,指出我国高校工业工程本科培养模式中存在总学分过高、课程数量过多、课外学习时间被严重压缩等问题,从而致使学生课堂学习效果不佳、自主学习时间过少、知识碎片化、学习兴趣低迷、教师无暇顾及对学生的指导等问题,提出降低工业工程本科学习的课程总量和总学分,增加导师制与学分制的混合培养模式的建议。
Through comparative analysis of the amount of credits for IE undergraduate in universities and colleges be tween the United States and China,this paper points out that in our universities,there are some problems in our Industrial Engineering undergraduate training mode,such as too many credits,excessive number of courses and less self-learning time.Therefore,on one hand,students'classroom learning efficiency is poor,their autonomous learning time is too limited,and students can only acquire fragmented knowledge and develop little interest in learning.On the other hand,teachers don’t have extra time to guide students.So,this paper puts forward some measures,including reducing the number of courses and the total credits,establishing a tutorial system and designing a mixed credit system training mode.
