本科实习护生岗位胜任力影响因素的调查研究

Investigation of the Influencing Factors of Post Competence of Nursing Undergraduates

目的:探讨本科实习护生岗位胜任力影响因素及对策。方法:通过整群抽样法,采用护生岗位胜任力自制量表对我校203名本科实习护生进行问卷调查。结果:胜任力总分为(112.38±13.57)分,专业是否自愿选择是职业素养和个人效能的主要影响因素,实习前是否有实践经历是临床护理能力和专业发展能力的主要影响因素。结论:本科实习护生胜任力主要受个人、学校和医院等方面的影响;护生应提高自主能动性,促进学习积极性;学校应制定相应教学和实习计划,加强本科护生专业素质;医院应当积极配合学校实习方案,引导实习护生对身份转变的过渡。

Objective:To explore the factors influencing post competence of undergraduate interns and the countermea sures.Methods:By adopting cluster sampling method,203 nursing undergraduates in JiangXi University of Technology were investigated by self-made nursing post competency scale.Result:The total score of competence was(112.38+13.57).The main factors influencing professional accomplishment and personal efficacy were whether the specialty was chosen vol untarily or not.The main factors influencing clinical nursing ability and professional development ability were whether they had practical experience before practice.Conclusion:The post competence of nursing undergraduates is mainly affected by factors related to individual,school and hospital.Nursing students should improve their autonomy and motivation for learn ing,schools should formulate corresponding teaching and practice plans to strengthen their professional quality,and hospi tals should actively cooperate with school practice programs to guide the nursing intern students to adapt to the transitional shift of their identities.
