摘要
目的:提高护生职业损伤与防护知识及技能,降低护生在临床实习过程中发生职业损伤的概率,提高职业损伤防护能力。方法:选取16和17级护理专业专科学生357名,分为实验组和对照组,按照制定的职业损伤与防护培训方案进行培训,以柯氏模型为指导,采用问卷、笔试,访谈等方法从反应层、学习层、行为层与结果层系统地评价培训的效果。结果:护生培训的整体满意度为79.067%;护生职业损伤与防护理论考试和实践技能考试成绩均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义;实验组护生实习期间职业损伤的发生率明显低于对照组,损伤发生后有效处理率明显高于对照组;结论:护生实习前开展“职业损伤与防护”的专题培训,能满足护生的学习需求,能有效提高护生进入临床实习期间的防护意识,降低护生在临床实习过程中发生职业损伤的概率,提高发生损伤后的积极应对能力。
Objective:In order to improve the training effect,reduce the probability of occupational injuries of the intern during clinical practice,improve the ability of occupational injury and protection.Methods:Select 357 college students who have enter college in 2016 and 2017,majoring in nursing,and divide them into the experimental group and the control group,in accordance with the training of occupational injury and protection training plan,then take Kirkpatrick Model as a guide,using questionnaire,the written test,interview and other methods systematically to evaluate the effect of training from the reaction layer,learning layer,behavior layer and result layer.Result:The overall satisfaction of nursing students’training is as high as 79.067%.The grades of theoretical examination and practical skill operation examination of occupa tional injury and protection for nursing students were higher than those before the training,and the difference was statisti cally significant.The incidence of occupational injury was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group,and the effective treatment rate was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group.Conclu sion:The training on"occupational injury and protection"before nursing students’practice can meet the learning needs of nursing students,effectively improve the nursing students'awareness of protection and reduce the probability of occupa tional injury during clinical practice,and improve the ability of positive response after injury.
