The construction of clean government culture needs to draw nourishment from local culture,make it rich in regional characteristics,and better strengthen the attraction and appeal of clean government culture.The study of Ningbo Shanggang culture needs to break through the traditional thinking and realize the transformation from the research of economic value to the social value.Therefore,from the point of view of cultural research,through revealing the internal relationship and the same characteristics of the two cultures,in order to realize the integration and co-prosperity of clean government culture and Ningbo Shang Gang culture,and give full play to their unique role in the all-round development of society.
