服务人员受外部侵犯行为研究

摘要 外部侵犯,是由与组织有法律关系(如服务与被服务)的外部侵犯者对组织内部特定目标个体实施的侵犯。作为一种日益普遍的社会现象,外部侵犯行为已经引起组织管理研究者的广泛关注。在全面搜索和整理服务人员遭受外部侵犯相关文献的基础上,就外部侵犯的概念、服务人员遭受外部侵犯的现状以及遭受外部侵犯的前因、后果及干预策略等方面,总体上进行较为全面的分析,并探讨了研究的局限,对未来进行了展望。
