“双一流”建设环境下高校图书馆数字资源建设研究

Research on the Construction of the University Library Digital Resources under the Environment of “Double-First” Plan

高校图书馆为高等学校的教学、科研提供了全面的信息支持服务。作为图书馆的重要工作之一,数字资源的建设就显得尤为重要。高校图书馆的数字资源建设不仅要对已有的数字资源进行科学、合理、有效的组织,还要考虑高校的近期与中、长期发展目标,形成可供规范化使用的数字资源体系。在“双一流”建设的环境下,高校图书馆的数字资源建设要突破自身局限,“引进来、走出去”,更好地体现高校图书馆的职责与使命。

The Library of university provides information services for the teaching and science researches of the teachers and students in the university.The construction of the digital resources,as one of the important tasks of the university,is very significant.There are two tasks for the library of the university,one is to organize own digital resources scientifically,rationality,and effectiveness.The other is to set up the standardized digital resources system,according to the recent and medium and long-range development goals of the university.Under the environment of“Double-First”Plan,in the course of constructing the digital library,the library of university should break through its own limitation,“bring in”and“go out”,reflect duties and mission of the library of university,so much the better.
