摘要
时下我国食用菌菌种市场还比较混乱,时常发生因菌种质量问题而导致的经济纠纷。为了促进食用菌菌种市场的和谐健康发展,结合案例详细介绍解决这类纠纷的4条途径,即协商、调解、仲裁和诉讼,并分析这4条途径各自的特点和注意事项,供食用菌从业者参考。
The edible mushroom market system is, at present, not very normative. Economic disputes often take place caused by quality of edible mushroom spawn. To promote perfecting the market, this paper introduced four legal pathways to solve the disputes: negotiation, intermediation, arbitration and litigation;and taking some cases as example, analyzed the traits of these pathways and the points for attention. May the suggestion be helpful to mushroom farmers.
