摘要
对灰树花12种栽培配方的栽培效果进行比较试验,在粗/细木屑比例试验组(粗细木屑共74%,麸皮8%、玉米粉16%、糖1%、石灰1%为基础配方)5个配方中,粗/细为1/3的处理,菌袋满袋时间短,而粗/细为3/1的处理在子实体产量及丛径方面有较大的优势;在不同辅料试验组(粗/细为1/3的木屑45%、棉籽壳30%、玉米粉15%、麸皮8%、蔗糖1%、石膏1%为基础配方)7个配方中,添加3%过磷酸钙或1%石灰处理,满袋时间相近且相对较短,而添加1%过磷酸钙处理组子实体产量优势较为明显。
In this study, 12 kinds of substrate formula of Grifola frondosa were compared. The test of different proportion of coarse and fine wood chips with the substrate formula: 74% coarse and fine wood chips, 8% wheat bran, 16% corn flour, 1% sugar, 1% lime, showed that the growth rate of the coarse: fine = 1:3 was the fastest, while coarse: fine =3:1 had a great advantage in the yield and fruit body diameter. In another set of substrate formula treatments of which wood chips 45%(coarse : fine = 1 : 3), cotton seed hull 30%, wheat bran 8%, corn flour 15%, sugar 1%, 1% calcium superphosphate or 1% lime was added, The growth rate of each treatments is similar. However, the addition of 1% calcium superphosphate has obvious advantages in the yield of fruiting bodies.
