摘要
对家禽屠宰加工生产线的生产环节进行分析,确定影响加工能力和工作效率的关键节点和HACCP控制点,分课题,分阶段进行研究,提高家禽屠宰加工生产线的加工能力和工作效率,实现自动化流水作业,肉鸡的最大加工能力达到12500只/h,并对研究成果组织有效的实施和应用。
The production link in poultry slaughtering and processing production line was analyzed,and key nodes and HACCP control points affecting processing capacity and work efficiency were determined,and they were studied in subjects and in stages.The processing capacity and work efficiency of poultry slaughtering and processing production line were improved,and automatic streamlined operation was realized,and the maximum processing capacity of broilers reached 12500 per hour,and the research results were effectively implemented and applied.
