摘要
在深入阐述工程总承包内涵、特征的基础上,提出了基于全生命周期的工程总承包价值链;构建了以绿色施工能力、设计技术能力、资源整合能力、风险管控能力及组织管理能力为一级指标的工程总承包企业能力评价指标体系;最后,采用ISM及ANP方法对工程总承包企业能力评价体系进行了关联分析,表明绿色施工能力与设计技术能力最为重要,资源整合能力与风险管控能力次之,组织管理能力重要性较低。本文提出的工程总承包企业能力评价体系可应用于企业自身评价,进而提升企业工程总承包能力。
On the basis of expounding the connotation and characteristics of general contracting,the value chain of general contracting based on the whole life cycle is put forward.The evaluation index system of engineering general contracting enterprise capability is established with green construction capability,design technology capability,resource integration capability,risk control capability and organizational management capability as the first level indexes.Finally,ISM and ANP methods are used to analyze the correlation of the enterprise capability evaluation system of the general contractor.It shows that green construction capability and design technical capability are more important,followed by resource integration capability and risk control capability,and organizational management capability is less important.The enterprise ability evaluation system proposed in this paper can be applied to the enterprise’s own evaluation,so as to improve the enterprise’s overall project contracting ability.
