皮下组织穿刺术在低位肛周脓肿治疗中的应用效果观察

Efficacy Observation of Hypoderm Transfixion Technique Applied in the Treatment of Low Perianal Abscess

为观察皮下组织穿刺术在低位肛周脓肿治疗中的应用效果,将118例低位肛周脓肿行手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组59例。观察组患者先抽脓再手术,对照组患者直接进行手术,比较2组患者术后疼痛、尿潴留、住院时间、创面愈合时间和肛瘘发生率。结果显示,术后观察组在疼痛评分、住院时间和创面愈合时间方面均优于对照组(P<0.05);术后随访3个月,观察组发生尿潴留1例,肛瘘形成2例,对照组发生尿潴留7例,肛瘘形成9例,观察组尿潴留发生率和肛瘘形成率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,低位肛周脓肿患者术前先抽脓能明显改善患者术后疼痛和促进创面愈合,提高临床疗效。

This study was to observe the efficacy of hypoderm transfixion techuique(HTT)applied in the treatment of low perianal abscess(LPA),randomly divided 118 LPA patients to be subject to surgery into observation group(59 cases,firsty aspirate their pyoid,then perform surgery)and control group(59 cases,directly surgery);then compared postoperative pain,uroschesis,hospitalization time,wound-surface healing time,and the incidence of fistula in ano between the two groups.As results,in pain score,hospitalization time,wound-surface healing time after surgery observation group was all superior to control group(P<0.05);the postoperative follow-up of 3 months found in observation group 1 case suffered from uroschesis,2 cases from anal fistula;in control group respectively 7 cases,9 cases,thus observation group significantly being lower(P<0.05).Results show that firstly to aspirate pyoid before surgery can improve LPA patient’s postoperative pain,promote wound-surface healing,thus enhance clinical effect.
