生物质石墨烯改性再生聚酯纤维的制备及性能 被引量:7

摘要 研究生物质石墨烯改性再生聚酯纤维的功能性。采用聚合物熔融共混纺丝方法制备出生物质石墨烯改性再生聚酯纤维。测试了生物质石墨烯改性再生聚酯纤维的力学性能、抗菌性能、远红外性能和微循环性能。结果表明:与普通再生聚酯纤维相比,生物质石墨烯改性再生聚酯纤维力学性能得到改善,抗菌性能和远红外性能也得到显著提高;同时生物质石墨烯改性再生聚酯纤维面料对人体血流灌注量提升了21%,皮肤表面温度提升了4%。认为:生物质石墨烯改性再生聚酯纤维具有良好的功能性。 The functionality of biomass graphene modified regenerated polyester fiber were studied.The biomass graphene modified regenerated polyester fiber was produced by polymer melt blending spinning method.The mechanical properties,antibacterial resistance,far infrared property and microcirculation of the biomass graphene modified regenerated polyester fiber were tested.The test results showed that the mechanical property of the biomass graphene modified regenerated polyester fiber were improved compared with common regenerated polyester fiber.The antibacterial property and far infrared property were obviously improved too.Meanwhile,the human body blood perfusion amount was increased by 21%for the fabric with the biomass graphene modified regenerated polyester fiber.The skin surface temperature was increased by 4%.It is considered that the biomass graphene modified regenerated polyester fiber has excellent functionality.
