摘要
探讨利用包芯纱装置纺制无捻纱的实践效果。通过反向利用包芯纱生产中芯纱在棉须条位置偏左放置的方法,以水溶性维纶长丝与棉纤维须条间的不同距离、纺纱号数、长丝有无捻度及捻向等开展无捻纱纺纱试验。试验结果表明:利用装有包芯纱装置的细纱机,可以直接纺制出满足后道工序使用要求的无捻纱。认为:这种生产无捻纱的方法,不但生产工艺简单,而且所纺无捻纱不受纺纱号数的影响。
Practice effect of spinning untwisted yarn by core-spun yarn device was discussed.By reversely using core-spun yarn to produce core yarn placed at the left position of cotton strand,different distance between water-soluble vinylon filament and cotton fiber strand,cotton yarn count,filament twist and twist direction were carried out to spin untwisted yarn test.The test results showed that requirements of subsequent process were met by using spinning frame equipped with core-spun yarn device.It is considered that this method of producing untwisted yarn is simple in production process,the spun untwisted yarn is not affected by yarn count.
