摘要
为了评价转mapk双链RNA表达载体黄瓜的生物安全性,明确其对根际土壤线虫多样性的影响,采用18S rDNA基因克隆文库方法对转mapk双链RNA表达载体黄瓜和非转基因黄瓜根际土壤线虫多样性进行研究。结果表明,转基因黄瓜和非转基因黄瓜根际土壤线虫均以食细菌线虫为主,其中小杆线虫属、头叶线虫属、拟丽突线虫属为优势属。转基因和非转基因黄瓜根际土壤线虫多样指数和生态指数无显著差异,表明转mapk双链RNA表达载体基因黄瓜对土壤线虫群落多样性无显著影响,具有较高的生物安全性。
In order to clarify the effect of mapk two-stranded RNA expression carrier transgenic cucumber on soil nematode diversity,this paper adopted 18S rDNA gene cloning library method and studied mapk twostranded RNA expression carrier cucumber and diversity of soil nematode in rhizosphere of non-transgenic cucumber.The results showed that the soil nematodes in rhizosphere of transgenic cucumber and non-transgenic cucumber were mainly bacterial-feeding nematode including Rhabditis sp.,Cephalobus sp.and Acrobeloides sp.There was no significant difference in diversity index and ecological index,indicating that there was no significant influence of mapk double-stranded RNA expression carrier cucumber on soil nematode diversity.It has higher biosecurity.
