摘要
2019年前三季度,面临内部结构调整和矛盾释放、外部世界经济和贸易下行、国际贸易环境不确定性提升以及中美经贸摩擦等不利因素,我国经济增长较为平稳,主要宏观经济指标保持在合理区间。但我国经济的下行压力并没有消失,更值得关注的是宏观经济下行期中出现了诸多结构分化迹象。面对宏观经济下行压力、内部结构分化和外部风险增加,我国需要做出积极应对。
By facing the adverse factors such as internal structural adjustment, release of contradictions, slowdown of external world economy and trade, increasing uncertainty of international trade environment, China-US economic and trade frictions, the economic growth of China in the first three quarters of 2019 is relatively stable, and the main macroeconomic indicators are remained within a reasonable range. However, the downward pressure on China’s economy has not disappeared. It is more noteworthy that there are many signs of structural differentiation during the downward period of macroeconomy. In the face of downward macroeconomic pressure, internal structural differentiation and increased external risks, China shall make positive responses.
