2018年,中国对外直接投资保持平稳有序、稳中向好的发展态势,对外投资以风险防控、提升质量和效益为主,增速有所放缓,但对外投资更趋理性,风险防范意识不断增强。中国企业"走出去"发展总体比较平稳,对"一带一路"建设、开放型经济发展的贡献日益突出。广大对外劳务合作企业针对国内国外两个市场的变化,积极谋求转变发展方式,不断创新经营模式,着力拓宽经营渠道,调整对外劳务合作结构,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。

In 2018, the OFDI(outward foreign direct investment) of China is in a steady, orderly and sound development trend, wherein the outward foreign investment mainly focused on risk prevention and control as well as the improvement of quality and efficiency, the growth rate is slowed down, but the outward foreign investment is more rational, and the awareness of risk prevention is increasing. Generally, the "go-global" development of Chinese enterprises is stable, and its contribution to the construction of "One Belt and One Road" and the development of open economy is increasingly prominent. In response to the changes in domestic and foreign markets, foreign labor cooperation enterprises have actively sought to change their development mode, constantly innovated their business models, focused on expanding their business channels, adjusted the structure of foreign labor cooperation, and achieved good social and economic benefits.
