摘要
为实现管片接头的受力和接缝防水共赢,利用可模拟复杂接头特性的管片接头力学模型,分析不同位置、不同宽度、不同数量的密封垫对管片接头的力学影响,并探讨兼顾管片接头受力与密封垫防水的接头设计,给出相应改进建议。研究表明:1)对于软弱地层的管片接头,密封垫靠近接缝面中部布置可以使管片接头保持较高的抗弯刚度,降低接头混凝土压溃和螺栓受拉屈服的风险,确保管片接头的受力安全,并具有良好的接缝防水能力;2)对于硬质地层的管片接头,其密封垫靠近接缝面边缘布置或采用大宽度密封垫,并配合采用改进接缝面接触方式和改善螺栓材质等综合措施,可达到同时降低接头抗弯刚度、确保接头安全、提高接缝防水的目的。
The mechanical model of segment joint,which can simulate the characteristics of complex joints,is used to analyze the mechanical effects of different positions,sizes and numbers of sealing gaskets on segment joint.The design of joints considering the stress of segment joint and waterproofing of sealing gaskets is discussed,and the corresponding improvement suggestions are given.The study results show that:(1)For the segment joint in weak stratum,the segment joint can hold a high bending stiffness,the risk of concrete collapse and bolt yield can be reduced,the mechanical safety of segment joint can be guaranteed,and the joint waterproofing performance can be improved by arrange the sealing gasket close to the middle of joint surface.(2)For segment joint in hard stratum,to achieve the same effects,the sealing gasket should be arranged close to the edge of joint surface,or the sealing gasket with large-width should be adopted,and the joint surface contact mode and bolt material should be improved.
