摘要
基于行为活跃度和成果丰富度建立中小型制造企业自主创新动力水平测量指标体系,采用矩阵型灰色聚类方法对我国30个行业进行评估。结果表明行业视角下我国中小型制造企业自主创新动力水平划分成"高-高""中-中""中-低"、"低-中""低-低"5个类型,且整体处于偏低水平。在充分把握我国中小型制造企业自主创新动力水平整体状况和行业分布差异性基础上,提出政府在激发中小型制造企业自主创新动力方面的对策建议。
Based on behavioral activity and achievement enrichment, the index system for measuring the dynamic level of independent innovation of SMMEs is established, and 30 industries in China are evaluated using matrix type gray clustering method. The results show that from the perspective of industry, dynamic performance of independent innovation of China’s SMMEs is divided into 5 types: "high-high", "medium-medium", "medium-low", "low-medium ", and "low-low", and the overall level is on the low side. Based on fully grasping the overall situation of independent innovation power level of China’s SMMEs and the differences of industrial distribution, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the government to stimulate the independent innovation motivation of SMMEs.
