摘要
中式课例研究除了具备国际上公认的课例研究之四大共通性特点外,还具有鲜明的校本研修特质,即既基于校本、服务校本,也成就于校本。多年来,浦东新区一批教研员、科研员致力于课例研究进基层学校的实践和推广,选择"课程化"为主要实践方向。其中,校本课例精修工作坊以满足校本研修的新需求为逻辑起点,有完整的课程元素,作为校本研修课程产品,其实施效果良好,并得到了较好的辐射。由此反思中式课例研究与校本研修课程的关系,可以发现课例研究课程化的程度与次序应允许因取向、类型、环节而异;校本研修课程亟需引入中式课例研究的精神特质来改善当前困窘的态势;在校本研修视域下的中式课例研究中,课程化之关键人物是校本研修领衔人。
In addition to the four common characteristics of internationally recognized case studies,the Chinese-style case study also has a distinctive school-based study trait,which is based on school,service,and school development.A group of teaching and research personnel and scientific research personnel in Pudong New Area have devoted themselves to the practice and promotion of the case study into schools for many years and chose "curriculum" as the main practical direction.Among them,the school-based curriculum workshops meet the new needs of school-based study as a starting point,have complete curriculum elements,the implementation effect of which is good and has received positive feedback as a school-based training course product.Based on this,we can reflect on the relationship between Chinese class study and school-based study.It can be found that the degree and order of course study should be allowed to change according to orientation,type and link.School-based study courses need to introduce the spiritual characteristics of Chinese case study to improve the current situation.For the study of Chinese-style lesson in the perspective of school-based study,the key figure is the school-based study leader.
