摘要
"什么样的师生道德对话是有效的"这是德育有效性和教师德育专业化共同关注的命题。有效的师生道德对话通常在形式上表现为"以为X却是Y",在内容上体现出关怀和启智的特点。对话之所以有效,根本原因是符合助推理论对人之道德决策的基本认知,即它关照了学生的道德直觉和道德理性。由此,提高教师道德对话能力的措施包括:重视与困境中的学生对话,营造友好的对话氛围,超越常规对话模式,避免好为人师,以提问和留白的形式启发学生道德自省。
"What is the effective teacher-student moral conversation?" is a common concern of the effectiveness of moral education and the professionalization of teachers’ moral education.An effective teacher-student moral conversation usually expresses in the form of "should X but Y",and has the characteristics of care and enlightenment in content.The fundamental reason is that it conforms to the nudge theory,that is,it takes into account of students’ moral intuition and rationality.Therefore,the ways to improve teachers’ moral conversation ability include:teachers should pay attention to conversation with students in distress,create a friendly atmosphere of conversation,surpass the regular conversation mode,avoid excessive persuasion,and inspire students’ moral self-examination.
