腱鞘巨细胞瘤3例

Three cases of giant cell tumor of tendon sheath

报告3例腱鞘巨细胞瘤。例1.患者女,28岁。右足中趾肿块伴胀痛2年。例2.患者女,45岁。右手小指丘疹3年。例3.患者女,45岁。右手无名指皮下肿物1年。3例患者的皮损组织病理检查均显示肿瘤细胞由数量不等的中等大滑膜样多形性单核细胞、破骨样多核巨细胞及泡沫样吞噬细胞组成,伴有不同程度的胶原化,另见散在及灶性炎性细胞浸润,部分组织细胞内有含铁血黄素颗粒。诊断:腱鞘巨细胞瘤。

Three cases of giant cell tumor of tendon are reported.Case 1 was a 28-year-old female suffered from painful,swollen right foot for 2 years.Case 2 was a 45-year-old female presented with a 3-year history of papules on the right pinkie.Case 3 was a 45-year-old female presented with subcutaneous lump on the right ring finger for 1 year.Histopathological examination showed that tumor was composed of a number of medium-sized synovial pleomorphic mononuclear cells,multinucleated osteoclasts,and foam phagocytes.Collagenization,sporadic and focal inflammatory infiltration,and hemosiderosis were also presented.Diagnosis:giant cell tumor of tendon sheath.
