营养液浓度对娃娃菜幼苗生长和生理状态的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Nutrient Solution Concentration on Seedling Growth and Physiological Status of Chinese Cabbage

摘要 以娃娃菜品种‘京春娃2号’为试材,采用营养液培育幼苗的方法,研究了不同营养液浓度对娃娃菜幼苗的生长影响,以期达到育壮苗目的。结果表明:在低浓度(0.5倍和1.0倍)的北京农林科学院蔬菜研究中心的娃娃菜改良地下水营养液配方处理下,娃娃菜幼苗低矮、细弱、生物量低、抗性弱、根体积小、壮苗指数低;高浓度(2.5倍)条件下,幼苗前期生长受到抑制,虽然后期生长有所加快,但幼苗品质较低。2.0倍处理显著促进了幼苗的生长,有效地提高了幼苗的生物量、壮苗指数和根系活力,较好的协调了幼苗的生长速率和抗性,盐胁迫作用不明显,对生长的促进作用大于胁迫。因此,在娃娃菜营养液育苗条件下,2.0倍北京农林科学院蔬菜研究中心的娃娃菜改良地下水营养液为最适浓度。 The effect of different concentrations of nutrient solution on the growth of baby Chinese cabbage seedling was studied with‘Jingchunwa No.2’as the test material to achieve strong seedlings.The results showed that the seedlings which were grown with nutrient solution at low concentration(0.5 times and 1.0 times)obtained from improved underground water by the vegetables research center of Beijing academy of agricultural and forestry sciences.The seedlings were short and thin,and had low biomass,weak resistance,small root volume and low seedling strength index;and at high concentration(2.5 times),the seedlings were inhibited from growing in early stage.Although they were growing with accelerated speed in later stage,the seedling quality was relatively low.The concentration treatment of 2.0 times significantly promoted the growth of seedlings,effectively increased the biomass,seedling growth index and root activity of seedlings,and well coordinated the growth rate and resistance of seedlings.The salt stress effect was not obvious,and the effect of the concentration on the growth promotion was greater than the effect of stress.Therefore,the optimal concentration of the nutrient solution for the culture of seedlings of baby Chinese cabbage is 2.0 times of the formula of the improved groundwater nutrient solution of the Vegetables Research Center of Beijing Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences.
