叶面喷施硒肥对梨果实性状的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Spraying Foliar Selenium Fertilizer on Fruit Characters of Pears

摘要 以"早酥""锦丰""南果梨"为试材,采用喷施300、400、500、600、800、1000倍等不同浓度的含硒叶面肥,研究其对梨果实品质、果实质地和果实中硒元素含量的影响,以期为生产富硒梨果提供指导。结果表明:喷施含硒叶面肥可以显著提高梨果实的单果质量,改变果形指数,显著增加果实的可溶性固形物含量,有效降低可滴定酸含量,显著提高果实维生素C含量,显著降低果实石细胞含量;喷施含硒叶面肥可以有效改变果皮强度、果皮破裂距离、果皮韧性、果肉跌落脆性、果肉平均硬度和果肉细度;喷施含硒叶面肥可以显著提高果实内硒元素含量。通过熵值法综合评价出"早酥"以喷施500倍液为宜,"锦丰"以喷施500倍液为宜,"南果梨"以喷施400倍液为宜。 ‘Zaosu’‘Jinfeng’and‘Nanguoli’pears were selected as experiment materials,sprayed different concentrations of foliar selenium fertilizer at 300,400,500,600,800,1000 times to study the effects of selenium on fruit quality,fruit texture and selenium content.The results showed that spraying foliar selenium fertilizer could significantly increase the single fruit weight,change fruit shape index,significantly increase soluble solids content,effectively reduce titratable acid content,significantly increase vitamin C content and significantly reduce stone cell content of pear fruit;spraying foliar selenium fertilizer could effectively change peel strength,peel rupture distance,peel toughness,flesh fragility,flesh firmness and flesh fineness.The content of selenium element in fruits could be significantly increased by spraying foliar selenium fertilizer.It was concluded that spraying 500 times liquid was suitable for‘Zaosu’,500 times liquid for‘Jinfeng’and 400 times liquid for‘Nanguoli’pear.
