摘要 自我导向学习是成人教育研究和实践领域的一个核心概念,目标是把学习者培养成具备自我导向学习能力的终身学习者,这与开放教育的目标是高度契合的。在自我导向学习理论指导下,以技能类新专业为个案,提出了一个“自我导向学习在线课程设计模型”,将自我导向能力评估、学习模式选择、学习能力提升、资源设计、协作学习、整合学习等融入其中,目的是呈现出一种有意义、有价值的自我导向在线课程设计策略,以期有效提高技能类新型开放教育课程的学习效果,提升学习者的自我导向学习能力。 Self-directed learning is a core concept in the field of adult education research and practice. The goal is to develop learners into lifelong learners with self-directed learning skills, which is highly compatible with the goal of open education. Guided by self-directed learning theory and based on the new skill-oriented program, the author proposes an "online course design model with the idea of self-directed learning", which integrates aspects such as self-directed ability assessment, learning mode selection, learning ability improvement, resource design, collaborative learning and integrated learning. The design is to present a meaningful and valuable self-directed online course design strategy, in order to effectively improve the learning effect of the new skill-oriented open education course and improve the self-directed learning ability of learners.
