浙江省水痘病例经济负担和生命质量评估

Economic burden and quality of life of varicella cases in Zhejiang province

目的评估浙江省水痘病例的经济负担和生命质量。方法选择浙江省4个县报告的水痘病例,开展经济负担问卷调查,测算直接成本和间接成本;采用欧洲五维健康量表(EQ-5D)开展生命质量调查,测算EQ-5D效用值和EQVAS评分。结果共纳入水痘病例109例,人均总经济负担为1352元,其中轻度、中重度、住院病例分别为609元、1316元、4236元。EQ-5D效用值为0.85±0.16(与完全健康状态相比,罹患水痘导致生命质量下降15%);EQ-VAS评分为82.02±14.55。结论水痘病例经济负担因病情不同差异较大;罹患水痘对生命质量的影响不容忽视。

Objective To evaluate the economic burden and quality of life of varicella cases in Zhejiang province.Methods We selected varicella cases in 4 counties of Zhejiang for a questionnaire-based survey of their direct and indirect economic burdens.We used the European Quality of Life-5 Dimensions(EQ-5 D)tool to calculate EQ-5 D utilities and EQ-VAS scores.Results The study included 109 individuals who had had varicella.The average economic burden of varicella to the individual was 1352 yuan,with 609,1316,and 4236 yuan for mild,moderate-severe,and hospitalized cases,respectively.The average EQ-5 D utility of varicella cases was 0.85±0.16,indicating a 15%decrease of quality of life compared with the healthy state.The EQ-VAS score was 82.02±14.55.Conclusion The economic burden of varicella on individuals varied significantly with disease severity.The impact of varicella on quality of life should not be ignored.
