Present status and analysis of hyperbaric oxygen medicine in Henan Province

摘要 目的分析河南省高压氧医学发展现状,并探讨发展对策.方法采用问卷调查、实地调查和数理统计等方法,调查分析河南省高压氧医疗机构数量与分布,氧舱类型及数量,从业人员数量、构成以及学术研究等情况,研究对策措施.结果河南省开展高压氧治疗的医疗单位有153家,但地区分布不尽合理.高压氧舱181台,舱类较齐全,多人舱增速明显.该省2013-2018年高压氧从业人数逐年增加,职称、年龄、学历结构趋于合理,部分操舱岗位缺少医生;近年来高压氧医学的学术交流有所拓展,仍需要加强临床科研.结论应进一步完善高压氧舱的地区布局,改善操舱人员专业结构,加强临床科研,提高高压氧医学学科水平. Objective To analyze the present status of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)medicine in Henan Province and explore its development strategy.Methods Questionnaire survey,on-site investigation and mathematical statistics were used to investigate and analyze the number and distribution of HBO medical institutions,the types and numbers of HBO chambers,the number and titles of qualified professionals engaged in HBO and academic researches in Henan Province.Ultimately,countermeasures and development strategy were recommended in the study.Results There are totally 153 medical institutions engaged in HBO treatment,but its regional distribution is not ideal.There are 181 HBO chambers in Henan Province,with the chamber types being relatively complete,and the growth rate of multi-people chambers is quite obvious.From 2013 to 2018,the number of professionals engaged in HBO medicine increased year by year.Professional titles,age of professionals and academic structure tend to be more reasonable.Doctors are insufficient in some of the chamber-operating posts.In recent years,academic exchanges of HBO medicine have expanded to a certain extent,however,greater efforts should be made in clinical research.Conclusion Further efforts should be made in the following fields:regional distribution of HBO chambers,further improvement of professional structure of the chamber-operating personnel,clinical research should be strengthened and academic level in the field of HBO medicine should be further enhanced.
