基于保护动机理论的干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者的影响

Effect of intervention based on protection motivation theory on patients with gestational diabetes

目的 探讨基于保护动机理论的干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者的影响。方法 选取2017年9月-2018年2月常州市妇幼保健院收治的行常规干预的妊娠期糖尿病患者58例作为对照组,另选取2018年3月-2018年8月常州市妇幼保健院收治的基于保护动机理论的干预的妊娠期糖尿病患者58例作为观察组。对比两组干预前及干预6周后自护能力、血糖水平及妊娠结局。结果 观察组干预6周后自我概念、健康知识水平、自护技能及自护责任感评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。观察组干预6周后空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。观察组干预后总不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论 对妊娠期糖尿病患者行基于保护动机理论的干预可有效提高自护能力,改善血糖水平及妊娠结局。

Objective To explore the effects of interventions based on the theory of protection motivation on gestational diabetes pa-tients.Methods 58 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who were routinely intervened in our hospital from September 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the control group.The intervention based on the protection motivation theory was also selected from March 2018 to August 2018.58 patients with gestational diabetes were treated as observation group.Self-protection ability,blood glucose level and pregnancy outcome before and after 6 weeks of intervention were compared.Results After 6 weeks of intervention,the self-concept,health knowledge level,self-care skills and self-care responsibility scores of the observation group were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 6 weeks of intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of total adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention based on the theory of protection motivation for gestational diabetes patients can effectively improve self-care abili-ty,improve blood sugar levels and pregnancy outcomes.
