中国西部城市女性产前抑郁现状及影响因素研究

Study on status and influencing factors of antenatal depression among urban women in Western China

目的 了解西部城市女性产前抑郁发生现状及影响因素。方法 以2018年5-10月在西安3所三级甲等医院进行孕期保健的869名城市户口孕妇为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表和爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)对孕妇进行问卷调查并进行分析。结果 本研究产前抑郁得分为(7. 50±4. 16)分,总检出率为12. 4%。多元线性回归模型显示流产史、生育保险、孕周分期均为西部女性产前抑郁的影响因素。结论 有流产史、生育保险、孕周分期与西部城市女性产前抑郁的发生有密切关系。

Objective To understand the status and influencing factors of antenatal depression among urban women in Western China.Methods From May to October in 2018,869 urban pregnant women receiving antenatal care in three GradeⅢLevel A hospitals in Xi'an were selected and investigated by general data questionnaire and Edingburgh postnatal depression scale(EPDS).Results The score of an-tenatal depression was(7.50±4.16),the total detection rate was 12.4%.Multivariate linear regression model showed that the history of a-bortion,maternity insurance,and gestational age were influencing factors of prenatal depression among urban women in Western China.Conclusion The history of abortion,maternity insurance,and gestational age are closely related to occurrence of prenatal depression a-mong urban women in Western China.
