摘要
局部变应性鼻炎是新近提出的、区别于变应性鼻炎与非变应性鼻炎的鼻腔局部变应性病变,以鼻痒、喷嚏、清水样涕、鼻塞为主要临床症状.目前对局部变应性鼻炎的研究和认识尚处于起步阶段,本文拟从局部变应性鼻炎的流行病学、发病机制、诊断、治疗和转归的研究进展做一综述.
Local allergic rhinitis(LAR)is a newly proposed allergic rhinitis that is distinct from allergic rhinitis(AR)and non-allergic rhinitis(NAR).The main clinical symptoms are itching,sneezing,watery nose and nasal obstruction.At present,the research and understanding of LAR is still in its infancy.This paper will review the progress of LAR in epidemiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.
