摘要
高同型半胱氨酸血症作为心脑血管疾病的高危因素,会对循环、神经系统造成多种伤害.近年来已有若干文献报道了同型半胱氨酸与突发性感音神经性聋的关系,然而具体机制仍未阐明.本文就同型半胱氨酸在突发性感音神经性聋的研究进展做一综述.
Hyperhomocysteinemia has been recognized as a risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases that can cause various damage to both circulatory and nervous systems.There has been evidence that homocysteine level is related to sudden sensorineural hearing loss while its specific mechanisms remain unknown.This article reviews the current research on the effects of homocysteine on sudden sensorineural hearing loss.
