摘要
近年来有相关研究表明基因、炎症介质、酶活性、氧化应激在中耳胆脂瘤的形成和发展中有着重要作用;在治疗上,除了传统的耳显微手术外,还强调了联合耳内镜的手术方式.本文旨在总结中耳胆脂瘤的发病机制与治疗上的新进展,为临床提供有效、实用的参考.
In recent years,relevant studies have shown that genes,inflammatory mediators,enzyme activities and oxidative stress play important roles in the formation and development of middle ear cholesteatoma.In terms of treatment,the ear microsurgery combining otoscopy is also emphasized.This article summarizes the new progress in pathogenesis and treatment of middle ear cholesteatoma,so as to provide effective and practical reference for clinicians.
