转钴胺素Ⅰ (transcobalamin 1,TCNl)属于R-结合蛋白家族,TCN1蛋白在体内多处均有分布,如血清、粒细胞、食管、胃肠、唾液腺等部位.TCN1在人体中主要的生理功能是参与VB12的转运,促进甲硫氨酸循环等,以维持人体各种生理功能需求.作为逐渐受到研究者重视的肿瘤标记物,TCN1已被发现在多种肿瘤性疾病中表达异常,如粒细胞白血病、结直肠癌、胃癌、乳腺癌等.现将TCN1基因及其蛋白在肿瘤组织中的研究现状和进展做一综述.

TCN1 is a member of the R-binder family and has been found in a number of normal tissues including serum,granulocyte,esophagus,gastrointestinal tract,salivary glands.The main physiological function of TCN1 is to participates in vitamin B12 transporting,and promote the circulateon of methionine,etc.so as to guarantee the demanding of various physiological functions.As a increasingly valued tumor biomarker,TCN1 has been found to be abnormally expressed in various tumor diseases,such as granulocytic leukemia,colorectal cancer,gastric cancer,breast cancer,etc.Here is a brief overview of the research progression of TCN1 gene and protein in tumor.
