头颈部肿瘤术后一期修复是治疗中的难题.带蒂组织瓣因血供可靠,不需血管吻合,为修复头颈部缺损的重要手段.颏下岛状皮瓣其血管蒂恒定,部位隐蔽,厚度适中,获得满意的功能重建效果,逐渐成为修复头颈部缺损的常用带蒂组织瓣之一.本文就皮瓣的解剖学、制备、优劣势和临床应用等做一综述.

Primary repair of head and neck tumor is a difficult problem in treatment.Pedicled tissue flap is an important method for repairing head and neck defects because of its reliable blood supply and no need for vascular anastomosis.The submental island flap with constant pedicle,concealed position,moderate thickness and satisfactory functional reconstruction results has gradually become one of the commonly used pedicled tissue flap for repairing head and neck defects.This article reviews the anatomy,preparation,advantages and disadvantages of flap and its clinical application.
