摘要
为获得热处理技术应用于镁合金化学镀Ni-P镀层的最佳参数,在不同温度下对镀层进行热处理,利用扫描电镜(SEM),X射线衍射(XRD),差示扫描量热法(DSC),中性盐雾实验(NSS)等手段检测并分析不同温度热处理对镀层物相、硬度和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:随着热处理温度的升高,Ni-P镀层由非晶态转变为晶态结构,镀层的耐蚀性和硬度得到极大改善;热处理温度为350~400℃时,Ni-P镀层的综合性能最好,温度过高,镀层性能反而下降。
In order to obtain the best parameters for the application of heat treatment technology to electroplating Ni-P coating on magnesium alloy,the coating was heat treated at different temperatures.The influence of heat treatment temperature on the phase,hardness and corrosion resistance of Ni-P coating were detected and analyzed by SEM,XRD,DSC and NSS.The results show that with the increase of heat treatment temperature,the Ni-P coating changes from amorphous to crystalline structure,which greatly improve the corrosion resistance and hardness of the coating.The comprehensive properties of Ni-P coating are the best when heat-treated at 350-400℃and will decrease when the temperature is too high.
