摘要 制备了不同粉煤灰和羧甲基纤维素钠含量的试验样品,测试了各组试样的沉降比、黏度和黏结时间,找出了理想的复合凝胶防灭火材料配比,测试了复合凝胶防灭火材料的蒸发速率、失水率、堵漏性能和阻化性能等关键防灭火性能。研究结果表明:(1)复合凝胶和纯净水的失水率都随温度的提高而逐渐提高,且复合胶体中水分的蒸发速率约是纯净水的76%~83%;(2)无充填碎煤的堵漏渗透系数比复合凝胶充填碎煤高大约125%左右;(3)复合凝胶充填碎煤的耗氧量是无填充状态时的40%,而一氧化碳生成量则是无填充状态时的31%。 Samples with different contents of fly ash and CMC were prepared.The sedimentation ratio,viscosity and bonding time of each group of samples were tested.The ideal ratio of composite gel fire-fighting materials was found.The key fire-fighting properties of composite gel fire-fighting materials,such as evaporation rate,water loss rate,leak-plugging performance and chemical resistance were tested.The results shows that:1) The water loss rate of both the composite gel and purified water increased with the increase of temperature,and the evaporation rate of water in the composite gel was about 76-83% of that of purified water.2) The plugging permeability coefficient of unfilled broken coal is about 125% higher than that of composite gel filling broken coal;3) The oxygen consumption of the composite gel filling crushed coal is 40% of that in the unfilled state,while the carbon monoxide production is 31% of that in the unfilled state.
