层次分析法在确定营养穴盘干后指标权重中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 水稻秸秆营养穴盘干后各个指标权重在干燥工艺中至关重要,指标权重的大小是决定干后品质的关键。利用层次分析法,从水稻秸秆营养穴盘综合评价指标出发,构建各个因素及指标的层次结构模型,探索各个因素对综合评价指标的影响程度,展开干燥指标整体评价及权重的研究,从而得到工艺指标对综合评价指标所占权重。各个指标权重结果为总能耗C1=0.27、抗破坏强度C2=0.12、形变量C3=0.61,依据中心组合试验设计,得到以总能耗、抗破坏强度和形变量为指标的试验结果以及综合评分S,其综合评分值理论与实际相对误差为1.6%。结果表明,利用层次分析法确定水稻秸秆营养穴盘干后指标权重具有实际应用的参考价值。 The weight of each indicator after the straw-based nutrient seeding-growing tray is dry is very important in the drying process. The weight of the index is the key to determine the quality after drying. This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to construct a hierarchical model of various factors and indicators from the comprehensive evaluation index of straw-based nutrient seeding-growing tray, explores the influence degree of each factor on the comprehensive evaluation index, and conducts the overall evaluation of the dryness index and the weight research, The technical indicators account for the weight of the comprehensive evaluation indicators.The weight of each indicator is: total energy consumption C1=0.27, failure strength C2=0.12, shape variable C3=0.61;According to the central combined test design, the test results with total energy consumption, damage strength and shape variables as indicators and the comprehensive score s are obtained. The theoretical and actual relative error of the comprehensive score is 1.6%. The results show that the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is used to determine the index weight of the rice straw nutrient plug after drying, which has practical reference value.
