摘要 为推动防疫消毒机具向着智能化发展,针对畜禽舍防疫消毒,结合当地的路况条件、畜禽种类等,利用WIFI技术实现畜禽舍防疫消毒远程智能控制系统。畜禽舍防疫消毒APP于Visual Studio平台开发,主要完成视频监测、相机控制、云台控制、移动平台信息监测、养殖环境信息监测、变量喷雾监控、通讯设置和作业控制等功能,利用WIFI网络将数据传输给服务器进行处理,并对各参数值进行用户界面显示,实现数据和设备实施状况的实时显示。采用Modbus协议进行远程控制相关硬件设施,最后通过畜禽舍现场对系统性能进行验证。试验结果得出,系统控制雾化距离和药液流量的样本标准偏差均值分别为0.1和0.039,平均相对误差分别为1.91%和1.25%,说明本系统具备良好的跟随能力、稳定性好、满足精准控制防疫消毒要求。本系统实现手机APP或PC机替代传统防疫消毒方式的功能,用户通过安装防疫消毒APP实现精准防疫消毒作业,大量降低人力物力,为推动智能防疫消毒机具的发展提供借鉴。 In order to promote the development of epidemic prevention and disinfection equipment towards intelligence, aiming at the epidemic prevention and disinfection of livestock and poultry houses, combined with the local road conditions, livestock and poultry species, the remote intelligent control system of epidemic prevention and disinfection of livestock and poultry houses is realized by using WIFI technology. The epidemic prevention and disinfection APP of livestock and poultry house is developed on Visual Studio platform, which mainly completes the functions of video monitoring, camera control, cloud control, mobile platform information monitoring, breeding environment information monitoring, variable spray monitoring, communication setting and job control. The data is transmitted to the server by WIFI network for processing, and the user interface display of each parameter value is carried out to realize the real-time display of data and equipment implementation. Modbus protocol is used for remote control of related hardware facilities, and finally, the performance of the system is verified by the field of livestock and poultry houses. The results show that the average sample standard deviation is 0.1 and 0.039, and the average relative error is 1.91% and 1.25%, respectively. The results show that the system has good following ability, good stability and meets the requirements of accurate control of epidemic prevention and disinfection. This system realizes the function of mobile phone APP or PC instead of traditional epidemic prevention and disinfection mode. Users realize accurate epidemic prevention and disinfection operation by installing epidemic prevention and disinfection APP, reduce manpower and material resources, and provide reference for promoting the development of intelligent epidemic prevention and disinfection machine.
