全国农业职业技能竞赛修理工竞赛结果分析与讨论

Analysis and discussion on the results of the agricultural machinery mechanic competition

"2018年中国技能大赛--全国农业行业职业技能大赛"2018年9月在山东举办,农机修理工作为5个比赛工种之一受到了广泛的关注。本文对参赛队员和竞赛结果进行系统性分析和讨论,参赛队员的理论考试、拖拉机修理实操和联合收割机修理实操平均分分别为82.21分、33.80分和34.76分。年龄主要集中在30~40岁,多为初中学历和大专学历,不同学历参赛队员间的竞赛成绩没有显著性差异,不同职业资格的参赛队员的竞赛成绩具有显著性差异。今后可积极组织进行职业技能鉴定工作,全面提升农机行业从业人员素质。

The "2018 China Skills Competition-National Agricultural Industry Vocational Skills Competition" was held in Shandong in September 2018. The agricultural machinery repair work has received extensive attention for one of the five competitions. In this paper, participants and the results of the competition are systematically analyzed and discussed. The average scores of the theoretical examinations, tractor repair operations and combine harvester repairs are 82.21 points, 33.80 points and 34.76 points respectively. The ages are mainly concentrated in 30~40 years old, mostly junior high school education and college education. There is no significant difference in the competition results between the different academic qualifications. The competition results of the different professional qualifications have significant differences. In the future, we can actively organize the identification of vocational skills and comprehensively improve the quality of employees in the agricultural machinery industry.
