摘要
少齿数内齿轮在插齿加工时常发生轮齿顶切、翻边毛刺和刀具不耐用等问题,这些问题主要由插齿加工时产生的干涉引起,而让刀干涉是其主要原因。为解决插齿干涉问题,对少齿数内齿轮的插齿切削过程进行分析,并提出了让刀干涉的计算方法和避免措施。
In the process of internal gear shaping with fewer teeth,the top cutting of gear teeth,burr of flanging edge and durability of cutting tools are often occured.These problems are mainly caused by interference in the gear shaping process,and is mainly due to the reliving interference.In order to solve the problem of gear shaping interference,the internal gear shaping process with fewer teeth is analyzed,and the calculation method of tool shaping interference and the avoidance measures are put forward.
