变压器用植物绝缘油的研究进展

Research Progress of Vegetable Insulating Oil for Transformer

植物绝缘油比矿物油具有更高的闪点燃点、更好的安全防火性,同时拥有优异的天然降解能力和更高的电气绝缘特性,还可以有效延长变压器绝缘材料的寿命,成为矿物油的绿色替代品。本文综述了国内外植物绝缘油的研究现状,结合近些年的研究成果,从精炼工艺、改性处理、性能提升、应用技术等方面阐述了植物绝缘油的优点、不足、解决思路及研究热点,并对未来的研究发展方向进行了展望。

Vegetable insulation oil has higher flash ignition point,better safety and fire protection,excellent natural degradation ability,and higher electrical insulation characteristics,and can effectively prolong the life of transformer insulation materials,becoming a green substitute of mineral oil.In this paper,the research status of vegetable insulating oil at home and abroad was summarized.Based on recent research results,the advantages,disadvantages,solutions and research hotspots of vegetable insulating oil were elaborated from refining process,modification treatment,performance improvement,and application technology.Finally,the development direction at present was prospected.
