摘要
通过研究特殊聚甲基氢硅氧烷、导热填料、补强填料、增黏剂4种材料对硅橡胶特性的影响,研制出一种干式变压器用高性能液态硅橡胶绝缘材料。结果表明:选择的4种材料对液态浇注材料的黏度、固化后绝缘材料的伸长率、导热性能、拉伸强度、剪切强度都有明显的提升效果。制成的高性能液态硅橡胶黏度小于160000 mPa·s,固化后绝缘材料的伸长率大于200%,导热系数大于0.6 W/(m·K),拉伸强度大于3 MPa,剪切强度大于1 MPa。用此绝缘材料开发的高节能干式变压器已经成功地投入电网运行,运行情况良好。
A kind of high performance liquid silicone rubber insulating material for dry-type transformer was prepared by studying the effects of special polymethylhydrosiloxane(PMHS),thermal conductive filler,reinforcing filler,and tackifier on the properties of silicone rubber.The results show that the four materials have obvious effects on the viscosity of liquid casting materials,the elongation,thermal conductivity,tensile strength,and tear resistance of the cured insulating materials.The viscosity of the prepared high performance liquid silicone rubber is less than 160000 mPa·s,the elongation is more than 200%,the thermal conductivity is more than 0.6 W/(m·K),the tensile strength is more than 3 MPa,and the tear strength is more than 1 MPa.A high energy saving dry-type transformer was prepared with this insulating material,which has been put into operation of power grid successfully,and the operation condition is good.
