天然酯绝缘油在油纸界面放电故障条件下的分解产气特性研究 被引量:6

摘要 选取菜籽基天然酯绝缘油与矿物绝缘油及两种绝缘油的油浸纸板为研究对象,开展纯油击穿与油纸沿面闪络两种类型的放电故障试验,通过油中溶解气体分析方法研究故障后两种绝缘油产生的油中溶解气体类型与含量,并对比分析两种绝缘油产气特性差异及油纸界面对产气特性的影响。结果表明:在击穿类型放电故障条件下,两种绝缘油产生的溶解故障特征气体类型相同,均为CH4、C2H4、C2H6、C2H2、H2、CO、CO2;相同故障条件下,天然酯绝缘油相较于矿物绝缘油会产生更多的CO;当放电故障发生在油纸界面处时,两种绝缘油中的故障产气量增多,且CO的含量占比上升。 Using rapeseed natural ester insulating oil,mineral oil,and oil-impregnated paperboard as research object,two discharge fault tests of breakdown in oil and flashover at oil-pressboard interface were carried out.The types and contents of dissolved gases in oil produced after faults were studied by dissolved gases analysis method,and the gas generation characteristics of two insulating oils and the influence of oil-paperboard interface on the gas production characteristics were compared and analyzed.The results show that under breakdown fault,the dissolved fault gases produced in two insulating oils are the same,which include H2,CH4,C2H4,C2H2,H2,CO,and CO2.The natural ester produces more CO compared with mineral oil under the same fault condition.When the discharge fault is occurred at the oil-pressboard interface,the dissolved gas content in two insulating oils increases,and the proportion of CO will increase.
