摘要
[目的]为了评估双层底板架结构在近场水下爆炸工况下的防护能力,[方法]针对典型水面舰船底部结构,设计双层板架结构试验模型和试验工况,进行水下近场爆炸试验研究,获得双层底结构的毁伤破坏模式及结构整体与局部的破坏、变形情况。[结果]模型结构破坏和变形情况显示,内底结构未发生破损和较明显的屈曲,表明在近场水下爆炸作用下,双层底结构通过毁伤和变形吸能,对内部舱室结构起到了有效的防护。[结论]该结论可为舰船底部防护结构设计和评估提供参考依据。
[Objectives]In order to evaluate the anti-explosion capability of the double-wall bottom grillage under the condition of underwater near-field explosion,[Methods]the experimental model and explosion conditions were designed based on typical ship's bottom structure and anti-explosion.Through a underwater near-field explosion experimental test,the failure mode and the overall and local structural failure and deformation were investigated.[Results]It can be seen from the failure and deformation of the model structure that there is no damage and obvious buckling of the inner bottom structure.Thus,under the action of underwater near-field explosion,the double-wall bottom grillage can effectively prevent the inner cabins from being destroyed and shocked by the near-field underwater explosion by absorbing the explosion energy through failure and deformation and to damaging and deforming energy absorption.[Conclusions]The conclusion can provide a reference for the anti-explosion evaluation and guidance for design of double-wall bottom grillages.
