摘要
随着大数据时代的到来,用户对信息质量的需求进一步提高,信息语义化成为信息管理、利用、共享的主要方式和必然趋势。同时,人们越来越意识到隐藏在数据背后的信息的重要性。时间是信息的一个重要维度,时态数据的处理和分析成为许多领域获取信息的重要手段,尤其是在人力资源、电子商务、医疗系统等领域。为了充分利用时态数据,挖掘出其中的隐含信息,从语义角度出发,针对人力资源领域中的员工时态数据,分析员工数据中的时态特征,构建通用的人力资源时态本体(human resource temporal ontology,HRTO),并构建相应SWRL规则。在此基础上,提出一种基于时态本体的人力资源领域时态数据表示方法,可以用于员工晋升预测或薪酬预算等人力资源管理过程,提供决策支持。实验结果表明,该时态数据表示方法比静态表示方法灵活方便、准确度高。
With the advent of the era of big data,users’demand for information quality has further improved,and information semantics has become the main approach and inevitable trend of information management,utilization and sharing.At the same time,people are increasingly aware of the importance of the information behind the data.Time is an important dimension of information.The processing and analysis of temporal data has become an important means for many areas to obtain information,especially in human resource,e-commerce and medical systems.In order to make full use of temporal data and extract the hidden information,from the semantic point of view,the temporal characteristics of employee data are analyzed in human resources,and an universal human resource temporal ontology(HRTO)and corresponding SWRL rules are constructed.On this basis,a temporal ontology-based temporal data representation method for human resources is proposed,which can be used for human resource management processes such as employee promotion forecasting or salary budget to provide decision support.The experiment shows that the proposed method is more flexible and accurate than the static representation method.
